Hey! Everything has been going great. It's crazy how much Ive been able to see myself learn and grow in just a couple weeks. So we got out flight plans this week and we leave for Iowa on Wednesday the 31st. We have to leave the MTC at 2:30 in the morning so that will be fun. But our flight leaves Salt Lake at 6:01 and we land in Minneapolis at 9:25 and hop back on another flight that leaves at 10:11am. We land in Des Moines at 11:25am and im super excited. So we finished our lessons with Linda and Jaqui and were able to commit them to baptism :) My companion and I have gotten a lot better at switching back and forth and trying to let the Spirit teach rather than us and it has gone really well. We had an amazing devotional last night from Juan A Uceda of the seventy and he spoke with so much power. He was a convert so he talked to us from the perspective of an investigator and it was really cool. He said how when he first read the Book of Mormon "I found the book had something strange" and he described it as magic. He also said he experienced three things; a strange and different peace he had never felt before, true joy, and an understanding that was like a light had been turned on his mind. He explained how all investigators deserve to experience these same things. I feel honored that I have been called to help people feel this and I just hope i dont let them or the Lord down.I hope I do all I can with all my heart, might, mind, and strength to fulfill the missionary purpose to help others come unto Christ by helping them receive the restored gospel through faith in Jesus Christ and His Atonement, repentance, baptism, receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, and enduring to the end. I love you all!
